- Pre-spray: A pre-treatment loosens dirt and stains.

- Agitation: We agitate the carpet to loosen embedded dirt.
- Extraction: Powerful extraction removes dirt and moisture.
- Neutralization: pH balancing prevents residue and softens fibers.
- Post-Spotting: Any remaining stains are treated.
- Final Inspection: We review the results with you.
